Users are able to switch to Session Zero to check out the status and messages. * Pending problem: An abnormal printout would come out if following conditions matched at the same time. (1)Use 'Windows Photo Gallery' to print 'Landscape' image. (2)The image resolution is bigger than 2448*1632 pixels. (3)Apply Windows color management. NOTE: 1. Please use FlashGet to download if you meet problem on downloading from this page. Download FlashGet HERE. 2. If you'd encountered any problem while installing in Windows Vista and 7, please download the help file HERE. 3. This new driver is not compatible to PhotoDesiree 1.22 and below. After installing this new driver, you must update your PhotoDesiree to V1.23 and after as well. 4. This driver supports 630PL, 630PS, 630ID, 631PL, 631PS and 631ID. 5. After upgrading, the HELP file will be not accessable. 6. Supports 32 and 64 bits (Intel Xeon, AMD Athlon 64 and AMD Turion 64 processors) PC. 7. The firmware of 630PL is bundled inside its driver.
